Accommodation
A great first impression is created by the spacious hallway with stairs to the first floor, understairs cupboard and the entry phone for the electric gates. Off the hall there is a cloakroom and a door to the right takes you into the sitting room. With a south-facing bay window and a wood-burning stove inset in the fireplace there are television, telephone and satellite points. Across the hallway there is another door leading into the L-shaped family room/kitchen and dining area with a triple aspect including bi-fold doors onto a west-facing patio to catch the sunsets. An engineered wood floor runs throughout this room and at the centre is a high-gloss sleek kitchen with a large island (with induction hob and extractor hood) and quartz work surfaces. There is inset lighting to the plinths and under units with a one and a half bowl sink and twin electric ovens as well as integrated dishwasher and housing for an American-style fridge freezer. From the kitchen area is the dining area with french doors out to the rear and access to a utility room and a further reception room/home office (or a ground floor bedroom) with a double aspect. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with dressing area with fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with separate shower and double ended bath with stone-effect ceramic tiles to the wall and floor as well as feature lighting. The other four bedrooms are all doubles and have built-in wardrobes and television points. The family bathroom has a separate shower cubicle with overhead and handheld showers and double ended bath and is fully tiled. There is underfloor heating to the ground floor with individual room thermostats and radiators to the first floor via an air source heat pump. There are also solar panels contributing to the hot water.

Outside
The property is approached via impressive wrought iron electric gates leading onto a long gravel driveway to the double garage with hardstanding and turning for a number of vehicles. The detached double garage has twin doors, power, light and water and a personnel door to the side. To the rear of the garage there is a further workshop and a wooden store. Lawned garden to the southern side of the property with paved areas to the west and north with wonderful views over the surrounding countryside.

Location
Pilton is a very popular village just 2 miles from Shepton Mallet and 5 miles from Wells and Glastonbury. The village enjoys a public house, church, Co-op shop and Methodist chapel with a soon to be opened cafe. It is also the site for the world famous Glastonbury festival. Well situated for access to Bristol, Bath and Yeovil and within easy reach of Millfield School and a number of other private schools. The mainline train station at Castle Cary with a regular service to London is c.9 miles away.

Directions
From Wells follow signs for Shepton Mallet A371. Upon reaching Shepton Mallet turn right at the mini roundabout and right again at the next roundabout following signs for Glastonbury. Follow this road into the village and take the second turning on the right after the pub (signposted North Wootton). The property can be found on the left hand side through double wrought iron gates.
