Terms of sale
The bungalows are offered to the market for sale by informal tender, with the prices shown purely as a guide. The closing date for bids on each property will be by Midday (12 noon) on the 8th September. Successful applicants are bidding to reserve a plot, and crucially, the developers are happy to consider reservations from prospective purchasers, who still have a property to sell. We are looking at completion of the build in early 2019, but this could be subject to change and is suggested purely as a guide.
