From here there are doors to the sitting room, study and kitchen/dining room. The sitting room is particularly generous in size and features a Chesney's wood burning stove set on a slate hearth with attractive Bathstone surround and mantle. Doors lead to a cloakroom, integral garage and out to the rear garden.
On the first floor there are four excellent sized bedrooms leading off from a light and spacious landing, where there is an airing cupboard (housing the hot water tank/immersion) and access to the roof space. Three of these are large double rooms with the first and second bedrooms being served by their own beautifully appointed and fully tiled en-suite facilities. All rooms could comfortably accommodate a wide range of accompanying furniture or fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom is fitted with a modern suite with panelled bath and power shower over. All bedrooms and front facing windows are advantageously fitted with white plantation shutters.
Outside, the property is as meticulously maintained and attractively presented as inside. The south facing rear garden is fully enclosed with a large patio/terrace extending from the rear elevation. The rest is laid to lawn with a path leading up to a raised deck, an ideal spot to catch the last light of the day. A useful storage shed can be found to the other side of the house.
